Omari Community Wellness Services, Inc. (“OCWS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our community members, donors, volunteers, program participants, and website visitors. OCWS may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, schedule an appointment, register for a program or event, complete a form, make a donation, volunteer, purchase an item, subscribe to communications, or participate in our community wellness programs.

When participating in a wellness screening, OCWS may also collect information necessary to provide the requested screening and document results. We limit collection to information reasonably necessary for the program or service being provided.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

OCWS provides community wellness education, health awareness programs, and certain wellness screenings.

OCWS does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or replace care from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

Screening results are provided for informational and educational purposes. Participants with abnormal results, concerning symptoms, or health questions should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be scheduled through OCWS's approved scheduling system.

We ask participants to arrive or join scheduled services on time. If you cannot attend an appointment, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible so the appointment may be made available to another community member.

OCWS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel programs, appointments, workshops, or events when necessary.

Donation Policy

OCWS is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations support our charitable mission, programs, community wellness initiatives, health education, screenings, outreach, supplies, and other authorized organizational activities.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact OCWS promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Donors should retain their donation receipts for their records. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless specifically disclosed.

Purchases & Refunds

OCWS may offer merchandise, wellness-related products, fundraising items, or other permitted items in support of our charitable activities.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, unused and unopened merchandise may be considered for return or exchange according to the policy communicated with the purchase. Certain personal-care, health, wellness, customized, opened, or used products may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Purchases and donations are separate transactions. Purchasing merchandise does not automatically constitute a charitable donation.
