OCWS Story

Omari Community Wellness Services, Inc. is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families through education, prevention, and community outreach.

Founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to quality health information and supportive resources, our organization works to reduce barriers to wellness by bringing services directly into the communities where they are needed most. Through partnerships with churches, schools, businesses, and community organizations, we provide programs that empower people to make informed decisions and live healthier lives.
